As concerned citizens, we have seen a decline in the quality of leadership since Barack Obama's presidency ended. We believe that America deserves justice and that reinstating Obama could be a step towards achieving this.

Barack Obama served as the 44th President of the United States from 2009 to 2017, during which time he led numerous initiatives that positively impacted our nation. His administration saw significant improvements in healthcare with the Affordable Care Act, progress in environmental conservation with the Paris Agreement, and strides towards equality with his support for same-sex marriage.

However, due to current constitutional limitations outlined in the 22nd Amendment, no president can serve more than two terms. We propose an amendment to this rule - not just for Barack Obama but for any future presidents who prove their worth through effective leadership.

We understand amending the Constitution is not an easy task; it requires approval from two-thirds of both Houses of Congress and ratification by three-fourths of all states. But we believe it's a conversation worth starting - for democracy’s sake and our country's future.
