Not "change" - time for "restoration" (#ROAR, #RestoreOurAmericanRepublic) and "real Hope" again for the promises of our Republic, Pursuit of Happiness via Freedom and Opportunities for all...

I am a citizen deeply invested in American politics since 1978. Over the years, I have painfully witnessed the erosion of our cherished "Constitutional Republic". Note going forward, apologies in advance, some prologue (before WTPDL items partial listing) will be repeated for emphasis and try assure the points are not glossed over/past....

The vibrance of our Representative Republic (not MOBocracy, CLEPTocracy, nor INEPTocracy) and the voices of the people seem muted, eclipsed by the increasing political and social divide. Few opportunities exist now to #RestoreOurAmericanRepublic (#ROAR), but we must (Carpe' Diem, and) seize each glimmer of hope that presents itself.

That is why I seek support for a new "We The People Demand List" (WTPDL), a follow up to the "Contract With America" from the 1990s. To anyone unfamiliar, the "Contract With America" represented a list of actions the Republican party promised to take if they became the majority party in the United States House of Representatives in 1994. The specific policy details may have changed, but the spirit – addressing the people's concerns straightforwardly - should be brought back.

This is by no means all encompassing, nor meant to; nor all here-in us likely all agree on; but to assure WE THE PEOPLE are heard and start of efforts to keep pressure on as WE THE PEOPLE (not "Those in DC") are the Bosses and they need reminding. Again, nor are we to agree on all items, but assure DELIBERATIONS actually start on our behalf (like supposed to happen in our REPUBLIC of REPRESENTATIVES - our behalf not Lobbyists behalf) and we then have opportunity through continued interactions  (email, phone, letters/postcards, etc.) with our Elected Officials to further influence the Debates and as to what Legislation is brought to Floor and hopefully pass (House/Senate) some and onto President's Desk for signing. 

We did not get into this mess overnight, will take time to unravel all done to unraveling of our Republic. WE THE PEOPLE must stay engaged. "So you Voted? SO WHAT!" what are you planning do the next 2 weeks, 2 months, 2 years, and/or 2 decades, to as Franklin said "Republic, IF you can keep it" well we're losing it and all WE THE PEOPLE to now help #ROAR (#RestoreOurAmericanRepublic)?!?!? Help send message WE THE PEOPLE are awake, and watching this time, will not fall back to Bread and Circus distractions/diversions, not letting them operate in darkness/shadows, and we expect them to pay attention to us WE THE PEOPLE!

The "We The People Demand List" will mobilize the community (and more importantly, as Petition grows in popularity, our Congress (House of Representatives and Senate (that was supposed to stay The States' body until 17th Amendment unraveled that States Rights and 10th Amendment protection and check-and-balance in our System)) and White-House) into action by voicing our demands unequivocally to the governing body. It would serve as parchment of the people's will, clearly outlining their expectations from the government, particularly focusing on transparency, accountability, and real, positive change. Remind that they Represent us but WE THE PEOPLE are our Government real Leaders/Bosses (not those who think they can Lord over us).

Creating a new, modern partial, just for potential starters, list symbolizes not only a crucial step towards restoring our republic but also bolsters the impact of citizens in determining the direction of our nation. We cannot let our "Constitutional Republic" continue its decline unnoticed and unchecked. 

We are NOT likely to agree on everything, but this partial list is meant to get us started on the National Conversations and pressure on our Legislators to begin process of Debate in Congress on these issues and then even more Citizens can/could/should chime in to their Representatives Office(s). So, let us stand united for a novel "We The People Demand List" (at least this partial list, link down-thread to Article with even more (now over 30+ listings there-at) "food-for-thought" and "discussion") to assure the process starts and is not just ignored and/or passed over. [update: Trump had promised such, and has announced Elon and Vivek to start what they are now calling the DOGE sessions group, but Congress should sign-on to process by passing a Law about such]

6) a REAL INFASTRUCTURE BILL (including “harden our Electrical Grid sub-section) after they CUT SPENDING and freeing up dollars for it…..

7) a REAL INFLATION REDUCTION Act…..

8) MAKE TRUMP PREVIOUS TAX-CUTS PERMANENT, that was BLOCKED for years now after having Filibustered such in USSenate forcing the original Trump Tax Cuts Bill to have to EXPIRE in order to Pass USSenate during Trump's first term under Budget Reconciliation Rules…..

9) Continuation of (8) REVERSE the Bill giving more Funding to IRS and Hiring of 87,000 new ARMED extortionists... err... "Agents" and FIRE any/all new Hired in under the prior Bill (which also applies to item (5) above) …..

10) Permanent FILIBUSTER Protection Act!! Start a Constitutional Amendment process that would make sure USSenate cannot "BY JUST A RULE CHANGE" eliminate, rather further erode further the Filibuster…..

11) SCOTUS Protection Act!! Start a Constitutional Amendment process that would make sure the SCOTUS cannot GROW IN SIZE ever (as Left tried PACK COURT during FDR and been threatening again for last decade+ again….

12) After we CUT SPENDING, ANOTHER TAX CUT BILL…..

13) And after the Spending Cuts save us Money and the additional TAX CUTS will do what they always do - INCREASE REVENUES (not reduce them) TO THE TREASURY - THE 250 YEARS OF USA Act to lay ground for USA 250 Anniversary Celebration BLOW-OUT like was for/at/on USA Bi-Centennial before.  We have restored PATRIOTISM in our Nation and 250th BLOW-OUT will be perfect time to showcase such.

14) the Epstein Isle FLIGHT LOGS DISCLOSURE Act. Time for people to know, and our chance to CLEAN OUT THE GARBAGE…..

15) The CHILD TRAFFICING GET SERIOUS Act - creating Federal Task Force specifically to coordinate more efforts to Capturing, Charging, Convicting, those involved (INCLUDING the INSIDERS IN GOVT. we all know are there and have been previously BLOCKING SUCH) …..

16) Assure Our Voices Are Heard Act.... Mail addressed to Congressional Offices in DC and/or The President at the White-House should be allowed delivered POSTAGE FREE!

17) Work with Tim Scott (and even Kim Kardashian again) for follow-up Criminal Justice Reform Act 2….. [as well as more Scott "Opportunity Zones" follow-up Legislation]

18) The Repeal Big-Pharma IMMUNITY/Indemnity from Wuhan-Hysteria-Fake-Jabs Act... See how FAST those JABS vanish from Pharmacies everywhere. As they are NOT Vaccines, not even a good Flu-Shot as the Side-Effects (even DEATH) far out-weigh any good they CLAIM they do! FURTHER, the Parental Rights and CHOICE IN VACCINES Act! Not Anti-Vax, but COMMON-SENSE in Vax’s given at any one time and in any one year…..

19) Something ANYTHING (as part of, coming out of item 5) that starts to restructure the FBI, CIA, and so many other WAY OVER-BOUNDS Alphabet Agencies in USA reign-in Act (see related Norton V Shelby SCOTUS case)…..

20) GIVE YOUR SUGGESTIONS (as, this list is FAR from complete, and I am forgetting many I know rummage around in my Brain I am forgetting for the moment) for what they should spend March 2025 doing?!?!? As yes, the list NEEDS TO KEEP GROWING with all our input, just as I am already adding more beyond this first 20…..

I could come up with 100 off-top-of-my-head; like adding start of Constitutional Amendment process to Repeal the 17th Amendment, to restore our Founders’ brilliance of the check-and-balance that was before 17A almost final nail in coffin of States Rights. Amendment to head-off National Popular Vote compact, that would destroy the Electoral-College brilliance against "Tyranny of the MOBocracy" of/in our Constitutionally Limited Representative Governance system. So, not listing all my thoughts here.

22) The Govt Regulations Reduction Act - also in conjunction with item (5) HOWEVER there is ZERO EXCUSE to wait on recommendations come from item (5) Committee. Begin IMMEDIATELY…..

23) Re-Introduce and PASS the STOCK Act (originally put forth by Democrat J. Osoff (USSenate GA) to curb Illegal Insider-Trading of Congress-members) …..

24) The JFK, RFK, and MLK Jr. Assassination Files Release Act….. Full and unredacted!

25) The Repeal Dodd/Frank Act Act. As it put new Regulations upon Credit-Unions and really protected Big Banks and did ZERO to stop Mass-Bank-Mergers to greater Monopoly control of certain Regions in USA…..
