Subsequent to this, Rachel has sent an e-mail to both RBC and Persimmon requesting an update.  She may get a response that it is with Land Registry.  It is imperative that they are brought into the discussions.

Like you, I am incredibly frustrated that this still hasn’t been resolved.
 
I remember leaving that meeting four years ago thinking we had made progress in settling the outstanding 106 monies and the transfer of open spaces to Redditch Borough Council. Hindsight is a wonderful thing and perhaps I left that meeting feeling too optimistic!
 
This should still not be an issue in 2023, especially when this has been rumbling on for almost 25 years. Again, I completely understand why you and your neighbours are so frustrated.
 
I think the best thing I can do right now is to write to Redditch Borough Council and Persimmon on behalf of you and your fellow Brockhill residents to request an update and to seek answers as to why this still hasn’t been resolved.
 
Please be assured that I am determined to see these issues are resolved as soon as possible.
