**New Courts Coming to Otsego Park:**
The council announced plans to install six new courts at Seagull Park, located off Commack Rd. These courts will be equipped with lights, enhancing their usability for residents during evening hours.

**Terry Farrell Park Updates:**
Consideration is being given to lining one of the existing tennis courts at Terry Farrell Park with pickleball lines. This change aims to accommodate the growing interest in pickleball among the community.

**Concerns Over Walt Whitman Courts:**
The council expressed displeasure upon discovering that the courts at Walt Whitman Park were torn up without prior knowledge or any visible progress in reconstruction. The original plan is to build four new courts at this location, but the project appears stalled.

**Standardizing Court Usage Rules:**
In light of the various developments, the council discussed forming a local committee. This committee will be tasked with establishing standardized rules for court usage, ensuring consistent and fair access for all residents.
