Add to that the rampant problems of drug dealing in what is supposed to be a community space. These issues are not just rumors—they are daily realities faced by many tenants, and they cannot continue to be ignored.

Moreover, there's an appalling lack of response to maintenance requests, with repair work being shoddy or, worse, left undone. Our environment should not suffer due to overwhelming negligence; trash dumps are now common sights, further affecting our quality of life and health. We pay our dues, yet it feels like our voices are silenced in the corridors of The Guinness Trust Partnership.

The Guinness Trust Partnership must step up and take actionable steps to prioritize tenant safety and satisfaction. An immediate and thorough review of how tenant complaints are handled is imperative. We demand consistent, timely, and transparent communication and action plans to address harassment, violence, and negligence. Furthermore, stricter measures must be implemented to ensure tenant safety and ensure that maintenance is done properly and efficiently.
