I am writing to bring to your kind attention a serious issue affecting my health and peace of mind.

I reside near the Cushion Factory in Jamal Ali Shah Nagar, under Kondarajanahalli Panchayat, Kolar district (Pincode 563101). A nearby furniture manufacturing unit operates cutting machines and pneumatic nail guns throughout the day and night, causing extreme noise pollution.

To cope with the noise, we are forced to keep our doors and windows closed at all times. Despite this, the sound still penetrates loudly into our homes, making it impossible to rest. This has created a suffocating environment, both physically and mentally.

Children in the area are unable to concentrate on their studies or sleep properly. Personally, I am suffering from Type 2 diabetes, hypothyroidism, and hypertension, and my doctor has advised me to take proper rest and maintain uninterrupted sleep. Unfortunately, the constant noise makes this extremely difficult and is worsening my condition.

I humbly request your intervention to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure compliance with noise pollution regulations. Your support in resolving this issue would greatly improve the quality of life for me and others in the neighborhood.
