As you know there are drivers always speeding down Grace Ave in Baldwin Park CA, most of us have children and animals. This past weekend there was an accident on Athol & Grace in Baldwin Park. Car speeding down residential street and hitting a parked car!! We have Sierra Vista Jr High and Sierra Vista High school  around the corner from that location. This is unacceptable. Our children and property should be safe. We asked the cops what we should do and he advised us we needed to have a petition made and head to city counsel. Please help us get speed bumps so it can help slow these drivers down.
