In the 2026 Winnipeg Municipal Election, I am proud to support Noah Redden, a progressive and intelligent candidate whose voice stands out among the same old crop. Noah embodies the values and vision that many of us believe represent the future of our city and a path to recovery and hope. Yet, despite his fresh compassionate ideas and optimism  about Winnipeg's future and how to avert further failed policies, Noah has been excluded from the upcoming CBC debate based on an outdated approach sure to exclude the newest candidates and people who don't answer phone polls. 

It is important all voices are heard. 

This is about sending a message that progressives exist. People care.  And this city once tipped a streetcar and can once again symbolically topple those who tipped over a functioning transit system and those who think building and building  and urban sprawling with no secure  foundation helps anyone but the construction and real estate sector. 

Three indistinguishable men all wealthy talking over each other is not a debate. 

You do not need to agree on anything but that Noah is a voice not being heard and that CBC a publically funded organization needs to give equal time. 

The youth especially are fed up with media and candidates indistinguishable, wealthy, culturally illiterate, dull, and disingenuously pious.
