Neuroscience reveals that empathy, like cruelty, is a disruptor. Each disrupts the other. Promoting the "In Peace Friends" Education Bill disrupts cruelty in the human brain. Recruiting sponsors is what neuroscientists call a "strategic initiative" because one action activates many ideas at once. If the Ohio General Assembly passed the "In Peace Friends" Education Bill, it would negate all the anti-DEI education cruelty that has gone before. 

Strategic initiatives are about thinking strategically and are the most powerful kind of political thinking. It's not just about thinking ahead. Adding empathy, the United Nations Charter, and the UDHR to Ohio's curriculum activates the caring and humanitarian ideas of these documents in our children's brains.
