This ongoing anonymous Ohio survey, conducted by Empathy Surplus Network USA, overwhelmingly supports integrating our duty to care, the United Nations Charter, and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights into Ohio's K-12 academic standards. Our stakeholders are deeply concerned about Ohio's empathy deficit. We urge immediate action from Ohio caring citizens to engage their Ohio State House and Senate representatives to sponsor and pass the "In Peace Friends" Education Bill. By publicly signing this petition with your ZIP Code, we will add your name to the bill as a citizen sponsor.
SIGNATORIES WILL DECIDE WHO IS A DECISION-MAKER.
We will add “decision-makers” to this petition in the following way:
- For every 125 public signatories from an individual state House district, we will add that State House Representative.
- For every 250 public signatories from an individual state Senate district, we will add that State Senator.
- For every 500 public signatories from one Congressional District, we will add that Representative and encourage them to support our state bill as a national requirement.
- For every 1,000 public signatories from one state, we will add that state’s U.S. senators and encourage them to support our state bill as a national requirement.
