Hilary Duff’s two Melbourne shows at Rod Laver Arena are now allocation exhausted in all areas on the official ticketing site.

Rod Laver Arena holds approximately 14,820 people for a concert.

With two scheduled shows, total Melbourne capacity was approximately 29,640 tickets.

On release day, fans reported waiting room numbers between 90,000 and 112,000.

We understand that queue numbers may include duplicate logins and browsing traffic. However, it is also important to recognise that many queue positions represent a single purchaser intending to buy multiple tickets — often 2–4 per transaction. One queue position frequently represents an entire group.

Even allowing for conservative adjustments, demand appears to have significantly exceeded the current Melbourne capacity of 29,640 seats.

We recognise that adding a show on the immediately following night may not be possible due to existing venue bookings. However, we respectfully ask organisers to consider:

• An additional Melbourne date at Rod Laver Arena on a non-consecutive night

• Adding Adelaide and/or Tasmania dates

• If sufficient committed demand is demonstrated, assessing whether an additional large-capacity Melbourne show at Marvel Stadium could be viable

Marvel Stadium can accommodate approximately 50,000–56,000 attendees for a concert configuration — representing a potential increase of over 35,000 additional fans in a single night compared to Rod Laver Arena.

A larger venue could potentially accommodate more fans within fewer total performances, helping meet demand while reducing the need for additional back-to-back dates. Given the intensity of touring schedules, this approach could balance strong audience interest with artist wellbeing and production efficiency.

Hilary Duff has not toured Australia in nearly two decades. The response demonstrates a highly engaged and ready-to-purchase audience.

This petition represents fans who:

✔ Would immediately purchase if further dates were announced

✔ Would travel interstate if additional cities were added

✔ Intended to purchase multiple tickets per transaction
