I have just read everyone's comments on this page and I thank you ever so kindly for your concern and support. I am sorry to say the Agiltiy Dog Club of Victoria has not only ignored me over an 11 year period, it seems they have ignored very comment on this page too.
TheClub was recently reminded by Dogs Victoria, ADCV's controlling body, of their legal obligation to supply copies of minutes to me. They declined on the basis that I am allegedy no longer a member.
I have had previous legal advice that my life membership can't be withdrawn and is current. I was specifically asked to write a letter to Sandy Stockman requesting that my name be added back to the register of members. It appears they ignored legal advice too.
I have contacted Dogs Victoria and ADCV again and have expressed my total dissatisfation with the manner in which this whole matter has been and continues to be handled.
It appears it is acceptable to bully and exclude club members but, in this Club's eyes, it is not acceptable to report such matters, to request to be able to happily train your dog or to request that a solution to this problem be found.
Instead of talking, discussing, reaching out and finding a resolution to this problem, there instead continues to be absolute silence ...
