Defamation is "the action of damaging the good reputation of someone".
I have repeatedly been called a "stalker" for wanting to train my dog. Being called a "stalker" and communicating false information to other people happens to be defamation.

I believe every person has every right to object to this behaviour - including me.

The Victorian Police once told me you can't go wrong if you speak the truth. I have infact only ever spoken the truth.  I have never had the opportunity to "speak" to the Agility Dog Club of Victoria because, for whatever reason, they have refused to deal with this issue and seemingly have only ever consulted one party which regretably wasn't me.  The club has an obligation to speak to TWO parties.

Today I was told a restraining order was issued against me. I am not certain if this information is being communicated to other people. This information is not infact correct.

The perpetrator attempted to lodge an application for an intervention order to the Magistrates Court. He then chose to withdraw the complaint after I produced evidence of being bullied, victimised and abused while attempting to happily train my dog and perform my role at Club.

All of this was reported to the former Club President as advised by the Magistrates Court. The Club President told me I was "not important." This follows 15 years active service to the Club.

I also received written communication from the perpetrator stating he couldn't believe he had "got rid of me."   These are his words, in writing.
