Dear supporters, 

County Council approved the PD to allow construction of the billboard. As I have said before, they are breaking the law because this planned development does not meet the essential standards and definition of planned development according to the SC Planning Enabling Act (it is single use!)

If you are in a position to contribute, or know someone who can, legal fees to sue the county will be expensive. I am willing to fight this, but cannot do so on my own. Tax payers should not have to sue their government to hold them accountable to the law.
