There has been a slight change in plan based on a conversation with councilman Vic Rawl. We have requested to attach a condition of approval that the land owner will forego the right to place any other billboard on the balance of his land for perpetuity. I request that you contact council before Tues the 17 - - - Request that they only allow the PD if landowner (Mr. Kuznik) agrees to the condition.
