The just of it, my son is being sexually abused by his father. We went to court today. A pediatrician spoke on his behalf and is seriously concerned for his mental health as well as safety. He’s even started to “poop smear”. A telling sign of sexual abuse. Because I don’t have physical evidence aside from poop photos and countless reports made to cps by medical professionals, no one is doing anything. My son has been going through this since around November 2019. The judge basically said she’s seriously concerned and disturbed by my sons behaviors but it’s not enough to allow me to press charges. I’m not giving up and this isn’t right. I know I’m not the only parent going through this. I need help. For my son. Maybe with enough support, the judge will do the right thing �
