A.P.D. 

THOSE WITHIN A.P.D AS A CILENT, PATIENT, ANY LABEL TO IDENTIFY THOSE WHO ARE DISABLED and MENTALLY ILL WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING PROTECTION. 

  1. THOSE WHO ARE IN DIFFERENT REGIONS NO WORRIES, THIS IS AT A STATE LEVEL AND APPLIES TO All.
  2. Regarding Rent for all of Housing, and Facilities licensed through  a.p.d. or ahca(agency for healthcare administration) RENT SHALL BE NO MORE THAN 30% OF RECIPIENT, DISABLED, MENTALLY ILL, OR RESIDENT, PATIENT INCOME, RENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE 30% FOR (IF A DISABLED PERSON MAKES $943 THE RENT SHALL BE $300 A MONTH.) RENT SHALL BE COLLECTED ONCE A MONTH AND SHALL BE DOCUMENTED. 30% IS THE LIMIT. IF A LICENSEE(OWNER) OR ANY STAFF OR HOUSE MANAGER AND ANY MANAGER CHARGES more than the 30% from the individual renting. A $500 fine will be the first penalty. Second violation will be $1,000. Third violation $1500. Forth violation will be $2,000. Fifth violation will be $3,000 fine, and licensing review and inspection will occur without the notice of the licensee knowing, if any violations are found during this inspection they will have 14 days notice to take care of it, then a inspection will happen again without notice if still not taken care of after that, licensee will lose their licenses and will not be allowed to reapply and maintain any right or ability to have any homes or facilities in state of Florida which will be documented, you may still be regular staff if not the owner or manager of the house or facility. If no violation found during the inspection other than the rent being more than the 30% the last violation will be $4,000 and a lost of licensing for 5 years. After the 5 years wait is done you may apply again. If found in violation again each violation fine above will increase by $500 each. 1st being $1,000. 2nd $1,500. 3rd being $2,000. 4th $2,500. 5th $3,500. 5 years wait. If you apply again and approved and happens again. Will no longer allow to apply. Will be red flagged, and you will be charged criminally under the extortion of a disabled adult or minor. This is to be fair to those who have Facilities or houses while holding them accountable. (¹)Those are waiting for approval from SSA for money income, those who have no income other than health insurance, those with no form of income, those who have a job but doesn't pay more than $1,500 pre tax and can't afford to pay, those whom dying or terribly sick or ill, those are Transgender or LGBTQIA+, anyone with a esa(emotional support animal)or service animal. those all listed,
  3.  under (2.(¹)  shall not be denied housing and room and board, SHALL NOT BE TURNED AWAY FOR SUCH REASONS AND CAN'T BE TREATED POORLY AND MEAN AND CRUELLY.
  4. REGARDING: 30 NOTICE FOR RESIDENTS. RESIDENTS WILL HAVE A LITTLE MORE PROTECTION. THOSE WHO ARE ISSUED 30 DAYS NOTICE FOR ANY REASON SHALL BE HELPED AND CARED FOR IMMEDIATELY. TRANSPORTATION WILL BE PAIDED FOR BY THE FACILITY OR HOUSE OR ANY PROGRAM UNDER THE AHCA, APD OR DCF THAT HOUSES SUCH PATIENTS,

Regarding utilities and security deposit. homes or facilities listed within(Apd, AHCA, DCF) will not be allowed to charge Residents (cilents, or patients): WATER, LIGHTS, GAS, WIFI(INTERNET), CABLE, ANY KIND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT OR PET DEPOSIT FEE. IF FOUND IN VIOLATION FINE OF $2,000 FOR THE FIRST VIOLATION. 2ND VIOLATION $3,000. THIRD VIOLATION $4,000. 4TH VIOLATION $5,000. 5TH VIOLATION $6,000. 6TH VIOLATION $7,000 AND INSPECTION WILL HAPPEN WITHOUT NOTICE AND MORE VIOLATIONS ARE FOUND ADDITIONAL $1,000 FOR EACH VIOLATION WILL STACK.
