We are Phil and Sophie-Cole, USA, a Lewiston, Maine based start-up private heart-intelligence firm aiming to provide diverse social and cultural solutions to the public via private-municipal charter. We formed our concept of heart-intelligence services with the goal of providing municipalities with a less morally compromised alternative to the critical space of intelligence operations.

Immediately beyond our best-case scenario, which is this going viral; it is our goal to see an X-platform coordinated coalition of national mayor's associations adopt the initiative; and presumably be consulted directly by the U.S. Intelligence Community and its private counterparts--including little brother heart-intelligence firms like us. We face a national general preparedness crisis, if nothing else. Our project is meant to be unclassified and designed to extend intelligence service all the way to the people. This way, we can all benefit from greater general preparation.
