The Philippines has undergone the most thourough investigation of the causes and effects of Climate Change to date. It has found that fossil fuel companies, such as Exxon, have and continue to violate the Human Rights of the Philippine people, in particular, and of all people in general.  Through prior knowledge and schemes to intentionally endanger all life on Earth through deception and manipulation, they are liable for the worst Crimes Against Humanity ever committed.  You can read more HERE.
