During any kind of festivals in India, firecrackers are used in huge quantities  to denote  the celebrative mood.

 Humans are able to do the needful to keep themselves safe by any and all means.

 But the animals that live with us and around us are very much brutalised by these firecrackers, causing

• lasting damage to their hearing
•  Skin burns
•  Lung disorders
•  Even scarring them in their minds through those explosive sounds.                            The list can go on even further.                                                                                                There is a growing body of data on how animals are affected during Diwali. A study, conducted by the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), found that 55% of pet owners in India reported that their pets were stressed or scared during Diwali. I have also heard from multiple people that these bombs and loud sounds even send dogs and cats into seizures. Since some pet parents are unaware, the pets pass away after some time. A study by the Animal Welfare Board of India found that the number of animal cruelty cases reported to the board increased significantly during Diwali.                                                                                                                                                     Myself being a lover of all kinds of living beings  on the Earth, I am putting forward this petition to reduce or ban the usage of explosive firecrackers at the very least. This decision should be taken by the society first then only we can forward it to the legal authorities hoping they would  take some action.                                              EARTH NOT ONLY BELONG TO US HUMANS, ITS THE HOME TO ALL KIND OF BEINGS LIVING ON OUR BEAUTIFUL PLANET.
