During the civil War, the Constitutional Republic abandoned Congress, causing President Lincoln to institute martial law.

The de jure republic was taken over by foreign insurgents, who replaced it with THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC. In1871.

 This corporation went bankrupt in 1912 because of Reconstruction Era bonds, and was forfeit to the holders of those bonds: the European banking interests behind the FEDERAL RESERVE.

Maritime salvage liens were placed on every asset of the now Federalized States, as a surety on debts incurred by the bond holders.

 In 1933, USA INC went bankrupt again; a gold seizure and income tax were imposed on the people to pay off the foreign bankers.

None of this was done with full disclosure, and as such, is not binding , unconstitutional, illegal, fraudulent and illegal under international law, and thus  Null and Void Ab Initio, as they were created by a corporate body lacking the delegated authority of the People.

The people are in fact the creditors, not the debtors.

 Due to ignorance and inaction, the people have given tacit consent to pay back the fraudulent debt, and remain under control of the foreign "government."

Title 8, 22 & 28 USC

• December 26th 1933 49 Statute 3097 Treaty Series 881 (Convention on Rights and Duties of States) stated

CONGRESS replaced STATUTES with international law, placing all states under international law.

• December 9th 1945 International Organization Immunities Act relinquished every public office of the United States to the United Nations.

22 CFR 92.12-92.31 FR Heading "Foreign Relationship" states that an oath is required to take office.

Title 8 USC 1481 stated once an oath of office is taken citizenship is relinquished, thus you become a foreign entity, agency, or state.

That means every public office is a foreign state, including all political subdivisions. (i.e. every single court is considered a separate foreign entity).

Title 22 USC (Foreign Relations and Intercourse) Chapter 11 identifies all public officials as foreign agents.

Title 28 USC 3002 Section 15A states that the United States is a Federal Corporation and not a Government, including the Judiciary Procedural Section.

Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) 4j states that the Court jurisdiction and immunity fall under a foreign State.

The 11th Amendment states "The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizens of another State, or by Citizens or Subjects of an Foreign State."

 (A foreign entity, agency, or state cannot bring any suit against a United States citizen without abiding the following procedure.)

Title 22 CFR 93.1-93.2 states that the Department of State has to be notified of any suit, and in turn has to notify the United States citizen of said suit.

Under international law, corporations are not recognized as States because they do not meet the four legal criteria for statehood established by the 1933 Montevideo Convention: 

A permanent population
A defined territory
An effective government
The capacity to enter into relations with other States

Statehood Requirements: The criteria for statehood, often recognized in international law, strictly define States as sovereign, territorial entities, which private corporations are not.

Subject vs. Participant: Corporations are generally considered subjects of national law, not international law. While they may participate in the international arena, they do not possess the same rights and obligations as sovereign states.

Indirect Regulation: International law largely regulates corporations indirectly by requiring States to enact and enforce regulations upon them, rather than treating them as sovereign entities themselves.

Separate Legal Entity: Courts and legal scholars emphasize that even state-owned corporations are distinct legal persons from the State itself and do not enjoy the same immunity or status under international law. 

While some scholars argue for increased direct accountability of corporations under international law for human rights violations, they are still not recognized as having the sovereign, legal status of a State.

 

Owen v. Independence. 100 S.C.T. 1398, 445 US 622- "Officers of the court have no immunity when violating a Constitutional right from liability. For they are deemed to know law!"

Owens v. City- The state is prohibited from violating Substantive Rights. Owens v. City, 445 US 662 1980); and it cannot do by one power (eg. Police Power) that which is, for example, prohibited expressly to any other such power (eg. Taxation/Eminent Domain) as a matter of law. US and UT v. Daniels, 22 p. 159, nor indirectly that which is prohibited to it directly. Fairbanks v. U S 181, US 283, 294, 300:

Penhallow v. Doane's- Administrator's defined government succinctly. "Governments are corporations". In as much as every government is an artificial person, an abstraction, a creature of the mind only, a government can deal only with artificial persons. The imaginary, having no reality or substance cannot create or attain parity with the real.

Rep. 562 Re-read, particularly, Article 1 Section 8.1 and 9.1- "Persons are not the subjects of commerce, and not being imported goods, they do not fall within the meaning founded upon the constitution, of a power given to congress, to regulate commerce, and the prohibition of the states for imposing a duty on imported goods.

Cooper v. Aaron, 358 U.S. 1, 78 S. Ct. 1401 (1958)- "No state Legislator or Executive or Judicial officer can war against the constitution without violating his undertaking to support it.

Miranda v. Arizona 384 US 436, 125- Where Rights secured by the Constitution are involved. there can be no rule-making or legislation, which would abrogate them.

Marbury v. Madison, 5 US 137- "The constitution of these United States is the supreme law of the land. And any law that is repugnant to the Constitution is null and void of law."

A corporation can neither practice law nor hire lawyers to carry on the business of practicing law for it. (People v. California Protective Corp'n, 76 Cal. App. 354, 244 Pac. 1089).

The "Act to Provide a Government for the District of Columbia," Section 34 of the Forty-First Congress of the United States, Session III, Chapter 61 and 62, enacted February 21, 1871, states that:

"The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is a corporation, whose jurisdiction is applicable only in the ten-mile-square parcel of land known as the District of Columbia and to whatever properties are legally titled to the UNITED STATES, by its registration in the corporate County, State, and Federal governments that are under military power of the UNITED STATES and its creditors."

Under this provision, the Military Congress of the UNITED STATES had obtained the power to pass Private International Law for application within the federal District of Columbia. All States of the Union, adopted under Military Order, created new, legislative "conditions" and "codified" their laws by copyright under federal mandate. State "codes" were unlawfully adopted, despite their origin as instruments of a Sovereign People.

However, We the People remain Sovereign within the framework of International Public Order if we choose to emerge out of such Military Social Construct by creating a new Social Compact according to the principals of Universal and/or International Law to replace that which, by sine die, no longer exists for our benefit or that of our posterity.

NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF CORPORATE ENFORCEMENT & RESTORATION OF THE DE JURE REPUBLIC

I. THE LEGAL DETERMINATION (STATEMENT OF FACT)

We, the Sovereign People, the source of all political power, hereby determine and declare:

 

1.     The Poisoned Tree: The entity known as USA INC / US INC is a private, foreign-owned corporation [28 U.S.C. § 3002(15)(A)] that has operated via fraud, deception, and treason since the unconstitutional acts of 1871.

 

2.     The Great Abandonment: All "laws," "taxes," and "statutes" passed after 1871 are hereby declared Null and Void Ab Initio, as they were created by a corporate body lacking the delegated authority of the People.

 

3.     The Act of Abolition: Pursuant to the 1776 Declaration of Independence, we hereby Abolish the fraudulent corporate government of the USA INC for its destructive acts against the life, liberty, and property of the People.

 

II. THE VOLUNTARY CESSION & RECONSTITUTION

We hereby Cede and Transfer all property, capital, territories, and our individual sovereignty from the illegal enslavement of the USA INC to the Global Republic of Tartaria (GRT).

 

·       The GRT Mandate: The GRT is hereby authorized to seize control of all administrative infrastructure, treasury assets, and land titles currently held by the corporate imposters.
