The NUSUK application system was created to create equal opportunities for Hajj visitors with fair & equitable prices in the western countries of US, UK, Europe, & others. 

The system is broken and is hugely complex  and time consuming efforts of registering, verifying, selecting hajj packages for pilgrims and payment. 

Hajj pilgrims that plan and aim to complete the hajj as part of the  5 pillar of Islam are left destitute with an overly complex system that’s leaves computer illiterate individuals left at huge disadvantage and constant stress of unknown acceptance of packages.

The unknown factors of hajj booking leaves many in the western world at discomfort on lack of communication to employers and other responsibilities to book time off. 

Let’s act as one Ummah and respectfully sign this petition to highlight the biggest failure of hajj organisation in the history of Islam. We need change and ensure that Hajj pilgrims do not face hyperinflated prices for hajj and more ease on planning and accepting of hajj programme.
