The Family Courts in the United States of America are in systemic failure and being polluted and corrupted by money. All alimony state statuates need to be revised to come in line with 21st century family norms and to estlabllish equity in the divorce process. With all states alimony has become an entitlement program. The family court judges are not obeying statutes , established case law or rules of the court in the award of alimony. Life time alimony creates a dependent class of people and harms the children of the marriage by not fostering a loving relationship between both parents and the children.
