I am suing the police (possibly the government as well), social media platforms, and more, for gross human rights abuses, misuse of private information on an industrial scale, commercial exploitation, image-based sexual abuse, severe harassment, intimidation, etc. But instead of fighting me fairly in court, they are using the power of the state to watch my every move and scare away my lawyers. If they can do this to me, they can do it to you. 

I have reason to believe my private legal strategy is being constantly monitored and my access to legal representation is being blocked by state "influence."

If the Government can decide who is "allowed" to sue them, none of us are safe.

Since the commencement of these proceedings, but the court stayed the proceedings for the time being to allow me to amend my Particulars of Claim, and indeed for a significant period prior, I have faced persistent and documented obstruction in my attempts to secure legal advice and representation. This obstruction has manifested through various alleged unlawful acts by the Defendants, including:

• Intimidation of potential legal advisers.
• Exertion of influence over legal organisations and charities, allegedly dissuading them from providing assistance.
• Furthermore, they also appear to sabotage my livelihood as well via economic sanction by telling everyone not to hire me (blacklisting).
• Retaliatory actions, including further harassment and surveillance, whenever I have attempted to prepare legal documents, seek professional legal help, or raise serious concerns about my daughter. Because I reasonably believe that they may be sexually abusing her as well via voyeurism, cybersex trade and grooming. 

These alleged actions have created an insurmountable barrier to obtaining the professional legal assistance that would ordinarily be available to a claimant in a case of this complexity and gravity. 

Consequently, I have been effectively compelled to represent myself, despite the profound challenges this presents, particularly given the nature and extent of the alleged abuse I and my daughter have endured.

Because I have contacted over 200 solicitors so far, maybe more, including top human rights lawyers, to secure competent legal representation. A pattern of interest followed by abrupt withdrawals by solicitors indicates a deliberate effort by the Defendants and/or their agents to prevent me from obtaining legal assistance.

I have attempted to seek legal redress, including:

• Submitting an N1 Claim Form;
• Applying for injunctive relief to prevent further unlawful acts.

Despite these steps, the Defendants have actively monitored my actions and sought to obstruct me from accessing legal representation and pursuing the case. Furthermore, all documents just magically disappeared each submission, delaying the case significantly. 

This obstruction has allowed the Defendants to continue their abusive acts with impunity, delay proceedings, and avoid accountability, leading to significant delays in seeking redress, forcing me to act in person, and causing prolonged suffering.

The Demand: I am calling on the PM to immediately cease all surveillance of citizens in active/pending litigation and to disclose all communications held with law firms regarding my case. We need 50,000 signatures to show the Ministry of Justice that the public will not stand for 'rigged' trials."

The Message: If the Government can spy on lawyers and block citizens from getting legal help, no one is safe from state overreach. Don't let them switch off the lights on justice. Please sign and SHARE this everywhere.
