My initial concerns are two fold,

1. The severe detrimental impact that the proposed changes will have on the 3 businesses, Paula’s Past & Present, Orchard Blinds and Cocos food takeaway, who are all located at the top end of Fawcett Road.

2. I also believe the proposed changes will severely impact on the residents of Orchard Road/Fawcett Road.

At this stage I believe unless the PCC proposals are not reconsidered this could result in more congestion for local residents and potentially the eventual loss of three small businesses in the local area.

Time is of the essence in seeking your support to oppose the PCC proposed changes, as all objections must be submitted by the 31st of March/PCC deadline Sunday 2nd of April.
