We are writing as dedicated members of the BTS ARMY who deeply appreciate the unique space that Weverse and Hybe have created. The ability for BTS and ARMY to communicate directly through live streams and posts is one of the platform's greatest strengths. These moments allow genuine interaction and help strengthen the connection between the members and ARMY around the world.

Unfortunately, that experience has changed significantly over the past several years.

Whenever BTS members go live, the comment section is increasingly overwhelmed by repetitive spam, inappropriate messages, and disruptive comments that are posted continuously by large numbers of users. These comments flood the chat so quickly that meaningful conversations become nearly impossible.

This affects everyone involved.

For BTS, it creates an environment where they are forced to sort through an endless stream of spam instead of being able to see thoughtful questions and encouraging messages from fans. There have been many occasions where the members have visibly expressed discomfort, frustration, or disappointment because of the comments they encounter during their live broadcasts.

For genuine fans, it is equally discouraging. Many of us join these live streams hoping to interact respectfully, ask meaningful questions, or simply express our appreciation. Instead, our comments disappear beneath thousands of repeated messages before they ever have a chance to be seen.

Members of the Weverse community have raised these concerns repeatedly over the years through feedback channels and customer support. Despite these efforts, many fans feel that little has changed, and the problem continues to grow.

We are respectfully asking Weverse to prioritize improvements that create a healthier and more engaging environment for both BTS and ARMY. While we understand that moderating a global platform is challenging, we believe meaningful improvements are possible.

We ask Weverse to consider implementing measures such as:

Stronger automated moderation to reduce repetitive spam and inappropriate comments.
Spam detection that limits users from posting identical messages repeatedly within a short period.
Improved filtering tools for offensive or disruptive content.
Better reporting and moderation systems during live broadcasts.
Additional engagement features that give genuine fan comments a greater opportunity to be seen.
Continued communication with the fan community regarding moderation efforts and future platform improvements.
This petition is not intended to limit free expression or discourage enthusiastic participation. Rather, it is a request to preserve the positive community that Weverse was created to foster.

BTS has always encouraged kindness, respect, and meaningful connection between artists and fans. We believe the platform should reflect those same values by ensuring that live broadcasts remain welcoming, engaging, and enjoyable for everyone.

We respectfully ask Weverse and HYBE to acknowledge these concerns, engage with the fan community, and take meaningful steps toward improving moderation and the overall livestream experience.
