I would like to see Nz broadcasting avenues ie: Radio and TV support local music during this tough Covid time. Then maybe it will catch on and a greater percentage of NZ music can be broadcast over the airwaves going forward. 

Why don’t the radio and television stations broadcasting to New Zealander’s play more NZ music? Especially while many of us local musicians are currently unable to make a living performing. This way, we musicians can all at least earn some royalties.

With the support of radio stations and TV channels we musicians can earn a small amount via royalties. Royalties are generated through the help of airplay while touring is not an option.

Support Local?! Or is that not really a thing in NZ?
