My daughter (Fiona) and I (and extended Paternal family pictured) want to spend more time with each other.

Children need to spend as much time with each fit parent as is available to them.

What happened?

• November 2014, after 14 months (67 sessions) of couples therapy Fiona’s mother (my live-in girlfriend at the time) fled the state with Fiona (18 months old at the time).
• Fiona is 6 years old now and since 2014 Fiona has had approximately 3% physical custody with her fit and loving Paternal family.
• More than 80% of the physical custody is required to be in Pennsylvania.

I believe Domestic Relations Hearing Officer Catherine Oliver and District Court Judge Jeff Foster McElroy have not acted in the best interests of the child.

Our communities need healthy families with both healthy parents involved in raising our children.

Fiona needs a meaningful relationship with her father and extended paternal family in New Mexico.
