Blue’s Current State—exhausted, filthy, smells of urine, hungry, and still terror-stricken from being left alone since 1:00 PM Saturday (June 7, 2025) and enduring those relentless fireworks again overnight.

He rubbed his face on my shirt trying to wipe it clean. He must be trying to hide somewhere on the filthy lot as loud sonic like bangs are a constant overnight. He is in real danger of hurting himself. As I watch him trying to escape through the iron bars for hours on Friday night, my heart broke.
