Picture of Blue as a Puppy in October 2024!!!

Our friend and neighbor, “S” just sent us photos of Blue’s condition as a puppy in his prison! Obviously untreated injuries and was riddled with fleas. Blue has had enough abuse. More than one loving home is set for his release! “S” is who supplied the flea collar he wears now.
