Blue’s Situation is Critical.

I went to the shop today to deliver our petition and implore the shop to allow for us to buy Blue and offer assistance with an alternative security measure. I was told the owner, Mr. Sang, already left for the day. I was told the shop was closing today at around 1:00PM and won’t be open again until Monday Morning. I was told Blue would be there alone until then. The nightly fireworks are a pure form of torture for Blue as I witnessed him traumatized for hours last night.
