My two Sons are victims of parental kidnapping. They were taken out of state without court order or notice to the father. The two parties are legally married and both children were born in Catawba County NC and have resided in Catawba County NC with the father and mother since birth. All family, friends, and curricular activities have been in Catawba County since birth for both children. They were taken to Horry County SC by their mother during seperation between husband Charles and Alicia Finch. This action to avoid the courts and alienate the children from all family is a felony and Carries  1-3 year prison sentence. We just want them home and appreciate any and all assistance in this matter. There has been no contact allowed via phone by their captor. Yes, she is the biological mother of both children and this pattern will not be continued by the father or any family involved if justice is served. These children deserve both parents. There is no just reason to erase the only family these two boys have ever known. The children are 14 and 7 yrs old and have lived in Catawba county since birth with the  father and mother, Charles and Alicia Finch.
