Matthew son was criminalized in Scott County.

When Matthew was supposed to be discharged two days before the DHS Home told me that he was at a place shopping with his three on one staff and he ran away and touched a lady on her leg.

They  did not do an incident report so I really don’t have any idea if this is set up.

My child was abused and that’s why he was being discharged so is this retaliation?

six months later we get notification to be at court and that my son is being charged with fifth-degree sexual assault gross misdemeanor.

This is a child that has the cognitive ability of a toddler and has no sexual problems. His anatomy is just like any other adolescence,. 

we go back to court early March and NAACP attorney Franklin is filing a rule 20 evaluation to have this dismissed as my son can’t even wipe his own bottom and would never be able to stand trial.

Meanwhile Governor Walz is taking a million from the  Minnesota Waiver program for disabilities. 

It is inhumane.
