By way of this PETITION, we do hereby request that the Baltimore City Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) REJECT the proposals for 201 N. Bend Road RFP AND reopen the RFP for another cycle:

Reasons for community rejection: Increased traffic, environmental concerns with impermeable surfaces (added parking lot spaces), no real community use or green space inclusions. More time is needed to assess the social and environmental impacts.

No clear direction for implementation, timeline, or use for space.
