He is former Saudi intelligence chief and former ambassador to the US.   His solution is to implement the 2 state solution (do it rather than just talk about it).  It would end the conflict and associated conflicts.   Hamas must accept Israel right to exist and current leaders of Israel,  Palestinian Authority and Hamas must go as they have all failed.
