If the current ultra-right wing Israeli government would only open its eyes and ears, they would see that there are Palestinians committed to non-violence as a means of achieving justice for Palestinians and a 2 state solution.    Many of these activists are instead treated as a threat by the current regime.    Ali Abu Awwad and his Taghyeer movement represent hope.   He has won several international peace prizes and has been compared to Ghandi and Mandela.     Here is his story:
