YouTube et Al, Every single ruling in this case, is becomes the law, and the federal mandate of all 50 states. If I am forced to file a motion to remove a fake strike & have my lawful video put back up, then anyone that has this done to them, can go to Federal court & use this ruling to force YouTube to act under Federal Law and The Constitution. That goes for every single Defendant, in every single part of this case, and motion that gets filed. The reason that I am "assigned" to this law suit is that otherwise there is no internet safety. I will argue all Motions in front of a Judge and some on an ex party emergency basis depending what crimes you plan on committing during this case and in the future. I have always urged all Defendants to come to an agreement and terms of settlement, and it's always the best way. I am more than willing to seek a resolution prior to trial. YouTube if you choose not to remove the strike and put back my video, I'm going to file a court order to force it back into my video list and the strike removed from my account. That will become law for all strikes that are falsely put on account in order to threaten lawful users. Natasha
