The website owners have manifested themselves into left wing, anti-social, censor bound dictators, while their bases are USA based, and bound by the Constitution, and Federal Law. Both the Constitution, and Federal Law Prohibit the following: censorship, election tampering, discrimination, harassment, cyberbullying, threats, intimidation, embezzlement, manipulating statistics, false claims of advertiser issues, fake hysteria generated by all web sites to try to control people, larceny, fraud by unlawful enrichment, discrimination based on political beliefs, religion, race, etc. Bullying or cyberbullying people that utilize the sites as intended, trying to eliminate free speech, demonetization of particular sites, manipulating video popularity, “hiding” video uploads, etc. No company can operate on the internet with such biases, and criminal behavior, and all of these sites are escalating to levels that are punishable with prison sentences of many years per count, and per person involved in these vile, heinous, acts. The parties that do not “condemn” this behavior at the helm, hold the highest liability. In my petition, I have sought for over 2 years, to have YouTube cease their criminal actions, they have only increased them. My channel has been targeted since day one, and millions of views and subscribers have been hidden. Other channels have suffered similar or additional actions of abuse. YouTube, Facebook, Google and Twitter CEO’s have to either agree to settle the terms of this petition & move along lawfully moving forward, or as I stated, another Petition is going to commence asking for criminal consequences, the removal of the CEO’s, & restitution, along with criminal charges for all of the internet crimes committed by these companies. I am able to have either a recorded phone call with your legal team, or emails to negotiate terms, we could also have a tape recorded skype chat, I am open to working with those who are obligated to uphold the law for these websites. Non response to me, will perpetrate the next Petition, in which I will also request that the lawyers be disbarred should they ignore the law, & refuse to address this large group of people, when that is their only job. Not liking consequences is not any excuse to force this to reach higher ground. The nation is suffering from an entire government & able bodied staff that gets paid millions to do nothing. Resolution is simple, it’s Constitutional, lawful, and our right. Embezzlement into the millions that we are talking is punishable to life in prison, depending on who is spinning the wheel of fortune at these theft filled websites.
