Youtube Twitter & Facebook have escalated cyber crimes & tactics on many users & channel owners. Despite more than 58 videos, & as many emails attempting resolution, all websites have increased criminal abuses & harassments, rather than be lawful. More than 200 Plaintiff's are now going to be in a class action lawsuit. As the main lead that has done the research, gathered the evidence and had more than 3 million dollars embezzled from on Youtube on 5 channels (2 of which I could never monetize due to their theft) but 3 active in which they embezzled it all over 5 years. I have been paid one thousand plus dollars in 5 years with over 3400 videos. Youtube has chosen to not even add 100,000 views a day on current uploads, and when they did that for one day, thinking the $10.00 revenue was adequate, they since decreased it, even tampering against their own realtime fake statistics. We have more than 1000 exhibits of cyber crimes with more that have not been added yet. I begged Youtube to fix my channel & they did not. Instead, I had to demonetize again and urge others to demonetize to stop allowing them to embezzle. Once I demonetized, they deleted views as they have done to others, thinking if they fake your actual popularity, you will put back in monetization, & then allow them to steal your earned money. Despite all of the new channel subscribers, they steal even more. Twitter is deleting news, and tweets, all websites are tampering w/ election data and true news. What could have been easily resolved in the parties of this petition is now going into Class Action, with a renound attorney. As lead Plaintiff my research is imperative and given to the attorney as well as Congress, for they are going to address laws pertaining to cyber crimes. I urged Youtube Twitter Google and Facebook to handle this civilly in the next day or two, otherwise this lawsuit is filed. We are keeping the petition active to recruit more victims, and add them into the class action. Youtube has left me starving and penniless while I worked on this channel and was paid only $30.00 a month for years. It was only when I demonetized, and then put it back on that they made March $396.00 which is about 1% of what they owe me. I gathered evidence to get this lawsuit ready. Noone can steal and delete, and tamper w/ channel statistics. All parties involved in embezzlement are going to be criminally charged, including the CEO's for failure to remedy their criminal acts, illicit hiring, and using people to commit cyber crimes for their wealth. I was positive that I could get Youtube to smarten up, but they have not responded. In 2 days, this is being turned over to the attorney, if Youtube intends to resolve it, they have to contact me by then. They are stalking me on my channel 24/7 so they are updated to this reality. Every plaintiff has to be compensated and paid to rectify this matter, not just what they are doing to me. It is still so much easier to resolve and about 1/4 of the cost of this lawsuit.
