Cc: Jeff Sessions Re: LARCENY CHARGES YouTube has been committing larceny for more than 5 years, and has tampered with my channel, stolen monetization since I started it, and continues to do it to this day. 1. YouTube was only giving 1000 views per day on the record, when there were over 2500 videos. 2. YouTube was only giving the amount of views of a single video, even when there are now over 2690 videos, and one single video (Megyn Kelly & NBC) received over 28,000 views on that single video in one day. 3. YouTube was only paying me $30.00 a month in revenue which was about 1% of the monetization per month. Now, they appear to be attempting to pay about $100.00 a month, which is still 1% as they are only giving my video views at about 10,000 a day, when that is again, still the viewship on a single video. 4. YouTube has stolen and deleted the view of viewed videos after they have reached thousands of views, and they have erased them from the counter, & then kept the revenue 5. YouTube in a single day, once deleted 30,000 views that were on my channel & just erased them to keep the status of my channel under 1 million, when it actually has several million views. 6. YouTube stole all of the revenue from video rentals, which was about $5,000.00, and I was forced to end that from their theft and lying about it (Pierre Tettart and I had a skype chat) 7. Susan Worsicki has been sent notice on Twitter more than 20 times, as has Youtube itself, and they continue to steal into the thousands of dollars, giving me 1% revenue. 8. I was forced to end monetization, and just put it back on briefly on March 4, and they are still only paying 1 %. We added more of the videos back onto monetization on March 19, 2017, and they are still only adding 1% of my views to my channel totals. 9. YouTube has tampered with video popularity, and frozen counts on the 2 most popular videos. At one point over 351 comments were deleted and for the highest video it’s even more. Those videos that heal people, they are trying to make less popular, as they criminally tamper with analytics, and the videos themselves. 10. YouTube has pushed a single video to appear to have the highest counts, when all of the videos on the highest views have been 100% tampered with. All of the monetization stolen for years. 11. YouTube has tried to block me, and my cell phone from video uploads, and they have constantly tried to not allow for my content. 12. YouTube has harassed, discriminated, and bullied me on my channel for years. 13. YouTube is 100% aware of these crimes, they are party to a Petition, listed by email address in the Petition, and have not responded, or corrected a single crime that they are committing. 14. YouTube is tangled with Twitter, and Twitter abuse and crimes as well. 15. YouTube has tampered with channel subscribers 16. YouTube has tampered with certain videos and is against our new President. YouTube has engaged in crimes to sever free speech YouTube Wealth is stolen from multiple channels, and it has been going on a long time. This has both civil and criminal restitution involved, and no web site has the right to engage in cybercrimes, but they do. They have to have consequences for these crimes.
