Youtube CEO Only Knows Subtraction - Not Addition

In 2 days w/ 65 videos, and only 18 subscribers, - 454 views On Youtube w/ 2765 subscribers and 2248 videos, they give me about 2000 views (stealing & deleting the rest) So Susan Wojcicki that makes 300 million a year, can't see that there is something wrong with the math, and the percentage of views on an established channel of 5 years, vs a 2 day account with nowhere near the audience. Question how many channels are being ripped off to pay our salary?
