Youtube caught on another channel tampering with monitization & deleting views

Here you have it, once you open the can of worms, they get caught more and more. Youtube is stealing, thousands of dollars from channel owners, and it's so transparent. They are doing it to me and all of my videos, some as far back as several years ago, they have deleted thousands of views.
