The Cafe at Ryde Park is sadly closing.

The cafe has been a pivotal meeting place for families of the Ryde community and surrounding suburbs, given its location (right next to the playground, sports field and bike track). A venue like this is a rare commodity and we desperately want to allow for our families, friends and future visitors to enjoy. It is a happy place! 

Not only do we (and I speak for the many customers of the cafe) want the cafe to stay alive, we want our dear friend Nahlah to run the place! For those of you who know Nahlah, you will know that this cafe is her passion. She makes everyone feel welcome, she knows what her clients want and actually remembers! We were all sad to hear that the cafe was going to close and that in turn we would loose Nahlah who in our opinion is the heart and soul of the cafe.

In order for the new cafe to be opened in its place (and run by our beloved Nahlah) we require 150 signatures to be presented to the Ryde Council.

Please help us keep our cafe and Nahlah by kindly signing this petition, time is of the essence!
