

STOP ULEZ sign this. Transport Secretary to Consider impact of ULEZ expansion
The Issue

We the constituents call for Mark Harper MP the Secretary of State, to consider impact of expanding ULEZ and impact to constituents living and working, in and outside of GLA area.
143 Directions by the Secretary of State.
(1)Where the Secretary of State considers that—
(a)the transport strategy (or any part of it) is inconsistent with national policies relating to transport, and
(b)the inconsistency is detrimental to any area outside Greater London,
he may direct the Mayor to make such revisions of the transport strategy in order to remove the inconsistency as may be specified in the direction.
(2)Where the Secretary of State gives the Mayor a direction under subsection (1) above, the Mayor shall revise the transport strategy in accordance with the direction.

- · Insufficient scrappage scheme to purchase a complaint vehicle.
- · Waiting list for new vehicles.
- · Carers
- · NHS staff
- · Shift workers
- · Parents taking children to school.
- · Patients attending NHS appointments.
- · Reduction in bus services, in rural areas.
- · Lack of alternative transport links.
- · Safety
- · Future Transport Strikes
