This morning , I had a very positive meeting with leaders from Nevada’s Clark County School District, including representatives connected to Transition Services and Guidance & Counseling.
The conversation was incredibly encouraging. They listened to Theo’s story, understood the importance of graduation access for students with disabilities, and shared that many if not all of the protections and practices Theo’s Law is proposing are already being addressed in their district.
That matters.
It shows this idea is not unrealistic. It shows that inclusive graduation access is possible. It shows that students who have earned their diplomas should not be forgotten because of disability, medical restrictions, residential placement, or emergency circumstances outside their control.
Now, the goal is bigger than Theo.
We are working to make sure no other family has to fight for years for a milestone their child already earned.
Thank you to everyone who continues to support Theo’s Law GA and believe in graduation access, dignity, and inclusion for all students.
Please keep sharing and signing the petition.
