Last week, the City of Perry said our Nugget Ice machine violates their code. But…

1️⃣ Our machine meets their size limits

2️⃣ Their own code bans machines that dispense ice outside the unit
👉 Ours doesn’t. You have to reach inside the machine to get your ice.

Honestly, I was nervous in court — first time ever — and probably didn’t explain it perfectly. But here’s what really gets us:

🧾 The judge said if we appeal in Superior Court (even though he’s unsure if we legally can), our 14-day window to relocate the machine would pause.
💰 If it doesn’t, we’re facing $260 per day in fines.
📬 We’ve asked the clerk of court multiple times to confirm this in writing — but we still haven’t gotten a single response.

So now we’re at a crossroads…
