청라 전기차 충전소 장기 미출차 문제 개선을 요청합니다

안녕하세요. 저는 인천 서구 청라에 거주하는 주민입니다.

최근 청라 내 전기차 충전소에서 충전이 완료된 후에도 차량을 장시간 이동하지 않는 사례가 발생하고 있습니다. 이로 인해 다른 전기차 이용자들이 충전에 불편을 겪고 있으며, 대기 시간이 길어지고 주민 간 갈등이 생길 수 있습니다.

전기차 충전소는 모두가 함께 사용하는 공간입니다. 따라서 충전이 완료된 후에는 다음 이용자를 위해 차량을 신속하게 이동하는 이용 문화가 필요합니다.

이 청원을 통해 인천 서구청과 관련 관리 주체에 다음과 같은 조치를 요청합니다.

아파트, 상가, 공공시설의 전기차 충전구역에서 장기 미출차 방지를 위한 안내를 강화해 주세요.
전기차 충전소 이용 수칙들을 주민들이 쉽게 알 수 있도록 안내해 주세요.
장기 미출차 문제가 반복적으로 발생하는 충전소에 대해 계도와 관리를 강화해 주세요.

(Request to Improve Long-Term Parking Issues at EV Charging Stations in Cheongna)

Hello, I am a resident of Cheongna, Seo-gu, Incheon.

Recently, there have been cases where vehicles remain parked at EV charging stations for a long time even after charging is completed. This causes inconvenience for other EV users, increases waiting times, and may lead to conflicts between residents.

EV charging stations are shared spaces that should be used fairly by everyone. After charging is complete, vehicles should be moved quickly so that the next person can use the charger.

Through this petition, we respectfully request Incheon Seo-gu Office and related management authorities to consider the following actions:

Strengthen guidance in apartments, commercial areas, and public EV charging spaces to prevent long-term parking.
Clearly inform residents about EV charging station rules.
Consider stronger guidance and management for charging stations where this problem happens repeatedly.

This petition is not meant to blame any specific driver or resident. It is a public request to help all Cheongna residents use EV charging stations more fairly and conveniently, while reducing unnecessary conflicts.
