自2018年起，此人便以假義工、假社工名義到處滋擾各區居民，包括旺角、觀塘、太子、葵涌、銅鑼灣、深水埗、大角咀，近期更轉移陣地至西貢地區。她以「受害者」姿態示人，卻處處製造衝突，藉此誣告無辜居民。她習慣用以下手法擾亂社區安寧：

🚨 浪費警力，頻繁濫用報警資源
📸 隨意偷拍市民，然後扮演弱者並公開抹黑受害人
🐱 假裝動物義工，欺騙善心人士提供金錢及物資
⚠️ 長期滋擾社區居民，造成心理恐懼及壓力
❌ 已有襲擊他人紀錄並曾被法庭判守行為12個月
⚠️懷疑濫用社工身份，對居民施加壓力，並以虛假權威手段迫使市民屈服。

現呼籲各界及公眾簽名聯署，要求有關部門嚴正處理，調查其涉嫌滋擾、詐騙及虐待動物行為，切實保護居民及動物的安全，還社區一個安寧、公義的環境。

Since 2018, an individual claiming to be a volunteer and social worker has repeatedly caused disturbances in multiple neighborhoods—including Mong Kok, Prince Edward, Kwai Chung, Kwun Tong, Causeway Bay, Sham Shui Po, Tai Kok Tsui, and currently Sai Kung. This person's actions have consistently disrupted community peace and safety.

Community concerns include:
🚨 Repeated involvement in incidents requiring police intervention, consuming community resources
📸 Taking unauthorized photos or videos of residents without consent, causing discomfort and concern
🐱 Using volunteer and animal welfare identities to solicit money or resources, raising community suspicion and unease
⚠️ Frequent conflicts with residents, causing distress and anxiety in local neighborhoods
❌ Documented prior involvement in conflicts resulting in legal action and a binding-over order
⚠️ Suspected of abusing social worker status to pressure residents and falsely assert authority to intimidate citizens into compliance.

We request authorities to formally investigate these ongoing concerns, ensuring community peace and residents' safety are maintained.
