More positive news—real progress!:　いいニューズ 1. The Japanese Ministry of health has revised its guidelines for elderly people in nursing homes to have more restrictions against body restraints. The changes will take effect on 1 April next year (2018). This is a huge step, and we hope they will continue their good works by restricting restraints in psychiatric hospitals as well.
