入国管理局が在留外国人の再入国の一部緩和をアナウンス

これまで入国拒否国からの定住外国人の再入国を一切認めないとしてきた入国管理局は6月12日、部分的に緩和する措置を公表しました。永住者、日本人の配偶者、永住者の配偶者、および定住者の在留資格で滞在する外国人に限っては、入国を拒否する国や地域に指定した後についても、（１）親族の重篤な状態の見舞いと死亡時の葬儀出席のための出国、（２）自身の手術等の治療や出産のための出国、（３）外国の裁判所からの出頭の要請を受けた出国の場合に限って再入国を認めるというものです。

The Japanese Immigration Bureau has released a statement that open a little window of re-entering Japan even from the designated countries and areas not to enter from. Foreign resident who are with residential status of “Permanent Resident”, “Spouse or Child of Japanese National”, “Spouse or Child of Permanent Resident” or “Long-Term Resident”, shall be permitted re-entry only if their departure would be in order to;

1. visit a relative who was in critical condition, to attend the funeral of a relative,
2. have a medical treatment such as surgery, re-examinations after that or childbirth at a hospital abroad,
3. attend a foreign court to appear as a witness due to a summons.
